Friendly people working in the service department. The service was very quick, Alex explained exactly what was going on with my vehicle and what parts were needed and how long it would take to finish the job. Every detail he explained and the time frame it took to repair and service was exact. I am very pleased with Empire Chevrolet and my experience was a pleasure which is great because you usually do not get that kind of experience.
