I have been using Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Wilkesboro for years. Because of their very pleasant courtesy and attention offered in person, I don't reserve a vehicle on-line but drive to their office to make my reservation. This is the Enterprise franchise I rent from most regularly. They are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, professional and provide great service. I also have had occasion to rent in other communities and other sites including airports. This group really is among the best. Because I have to drive approximately 18 miles to get to this facility, they are kind enough to allow me to park my vehicle onsite and I have never worried about returning and finding my personal vehicle damaged.
The agents at the Wilkesboro, NC location are very courteous and extremely helpful. They always try to find me a vehicle I want each time I rent. I'm very pleased with the service I receive from Phillip and Laura.
Reserved a 15 passenger van, then they called two days out stating they could not fill my reservation due to overbooking. Very poor and unreliable service. Left me stranded with a group of Senior Citizens.
I stopped in this location closed to closing from another state with some car issues and this location is the most friendliest and efficient staff there is. The gentleman that helped me, "Mr. Tucker", was awesome and had me on my way in no time. I would rent from this location if I lived in this state. They should use this site as a teaching site for other locations. All the awesome staff chipped in while very busy and close to closing. It was if they did not look at time but looked at ensuring everyone had been taken care of!!!!
