Great people & service. They attempt & suceed in accommodating everyone who walks through their doors, however, they really need a bi-lingual employee or @ the very least a translator. The one & only time I'd ever been in there, I was the translator which was no problem whatsoever. Try as they may, there was no communication to be had there that day. They were ever so nice & attempted to communicate but this man didn't speak more than a few English words which weren't helpful for the issue @ hand. I think they did a great job handling the situation & the man left unconfused & happy . I am a retired Postal clerk & I say kudos to them!
