I lived in 151 Bell Court Apartments for about 6 months until the location was acquired by Ward & Ward properties. I have no quarrel with the company overall, but they way I've felt the business conducted is unprofessional, especially in regards to a business operation dedicated to the homing of other human beings. I had to make a late payment ONCE, and I even submitted a partial payment to the offices---AFTER having already spoken to about two of the offices representatives over the matter. My rent is 350, I paid 180, and I was/am going to pay the remaining balance plus my late fee: but this notice for eviction I received shouldn't be a "requirement" to send if someone is "so late", (as said by another representative which calls are forwarded to from the Property Manager on weekends) ESPECIALLY if someone has already made an arrangement. I have NEVER heard of an eviction notice sent so soon into a late payment, especially if the tenant has kept his outstanding payments prior to a ONE TIME late payment situation; which I also discussed why there was a need for it.

If your client who is handling your calls doesn't have the capacity to be in the KNOW of certain issues or tenant situations, that should not be the client who handles your forward calls. And the Ten Day Notice, is a slap in the face and entirely discouraging from any business with Ward & Ward.
