DO NOT EAT HERE AT LUNCH TIME. I had the awful experience to eat here at 1:30 where I didn't even have a server. We orddered our food and watched our "server" chat it up with another customer like we didn't even exist. When we did receive our main courses 30 minutes in, the steak my wife ordered was so charred it was inedible. And upon request for a new one it took then 20 minutes to replace just the steak. Met fam for lunch. Service was a bit rude and my food was cold in the middle. I know these places just reheat food but they even failed at that.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at Applebee's. I dined here around 9:15 on a Saturday night. The table had not been cleaned and still had water rings from where the drinks had been for the previous diners. The hostess wiped it with a napkin... drinks came right out and we were able to order fairly fast. That is where the speedy part of this story ends. The waitress only checked on our table once before the food was brought by someone else. When the food finally arrived it was minus the soup I had ordered in addition to my meal. I was asked if I still wanted it but declined. My steak was ordered medium and it was maybe the most well done steak I have ever eaten. As a bonus the soda tasted like the lines need to be cleaned. The one time the waitress checked on us after we initially ordered my girlfriend ordered a glass of wine and water because she couldn't stomach the soda. It took about five minutes to get the water and another five for the glass of wine.
I have eaten at this location once before with no issues at all. Tonight however was not a good experience. One more experience like this and I will never eat at this location again.
Ordered a steak today and sent it back for being over cooked. Second steak was so tough I could not eat it. Waitress ignored the fact it was not eaten, charged me for it and whenI left, I reported it to the Host. He did not care and offered no refund.
This is a shabby way to run a restaurant.
Me and my girlfriend eat here quite a bit. The staff is always exceptionally nice. The food is always great and hot. The drinks are always mixed well. They definitely run a tight ship and it shows.
