Great place to get supplies from although the staff can be busy. I recommend doing research before you go or while there on your own instead of depending on staff for anything beyond general questions. Very good experience the few times I've been and I will return.
This store is amazing, the staff knows what they're doing. And are genuinely there to help. I live in Charlotte, NC and will call there to ask their management Just for pet advice. Chris Bauguss always has the answer I'm looking for, he actually gives a damn and love's my dogs.
Great and knowledgeable employees. Wonderful attitudes even when working with a small crew and customers keep piling in.
Many fish look ill or are dead and not taken out of the tanks. Most supplies are severely marked up but the sales are good when they have them. I'm not sure why an aquarium hood is $75 when the same one comes in the 20 gallon kit for $60 total.
My dog loves to come here and pick out toys and snacks. The hamsters here are adorable and they live for quite a long time. RIP: Freckles and Pebbles
